I am very satisfied with the service provided by Oliver in property management. He responds to emails in a timely manner and gets the ball rolling quickly.

Everyone (letting Abigail and Chris, property management Oliver, and the handyman) in Dexters City office have been a star in my recent move to one of the property managed by them. They maintained both professional and friendly services throughout the process and able to help me getting what I need through their great relationship with the landlord. In particular, I really appreciate the time both my property manager Oliver and the handyman spent in making sure my property is being taken care of, and all my requests (a lot) are well attended in a promptly and professional manner.  I know I’m in good hands throughout my tenancy period now.

Amazing staff! When I came in with questions on a previous rental contract I was trying to serve in order to move into a property with Dexters, Christopher came to the rescue. He was very informative and had no problems answering the many questions that I had which was very reassuring since I’m not familiar with UK rental laws! Many agencies here try to take advantage of your status and especially if you’re foreign but with Christopher you’re in good hands. I would definitely recommend researching as much as you can about UK renting (letting) so that the agents can better accommodate you with any concerns!

I´ve dealt with Mads, one of Dexters letting consultants and it has been an absolute pleasure. He was always quick in responding to my calls and emails, he always came up with properties matching my criteria and despite his youth he knows how to maintain a nice balance between following up on things and showing interest without being too pushy or too salesy.

I was interested in purchasing a property for my employer and was put in touch with Isaac who was extremely helpful and happy to answer any of my questions.

We had help from Mads and he was very helpful, supportive and patient. He always had a lot of information about the neighbourhoods and a great sense of our taste and what we would and wouldn't be interested in, saving us a lot of time and effort!

The communication with Isaac was smooth from start to finish. He promptly responded to my enquiry and followed up with a call to ask a little more about my search criteria. I booked in for a viewing with him the following day and he was equally like able and professional, and was able to provide answers for any questions I had. Despite the viewing taking place quite late on a weekday, Isaac did not rush me and was more than happy for me to take videos of the property and assured me that if I had any questions or concerns to fire them his way. I did not end up taking the property which I viewed as I decided it was a little impractical for me but really appreciated Isaac's attitude and help in helping me refine what it is that I needed in a flat. I would not hesitate in recommending to a friend.

I’d like to thank Sam, our property manager for taking good care of our property at Gloucester Court, and maintaining a timely reporting channel with us and our tenant. Both the tenants and us are very happy to have him as the liaison. He always keeps us updated on the latest status of the property and provides us with good solutions to the issues.
