I've been letting out properties in Earls Court for the last 20 years and only recently moved to Dexters from one of the other leading agencies. I have to say that I should have done it sooner, my experience has been excellent, the team are enthusiastic, proactive and have ensured that I have no down time between tenants. Also great to have commission deducted monthly rather than at the front end of the rental, makes a big difference to cash flow. Strongly recommend.

Finding a new apartment in a new country is never easy and we were very pleased with service and interactions we had with Dexters and with Kristel specifically. From day 1, she was extremely helpful and responsive. She showed us the flat we ended up renting twice in one day, kept us apprised of the timeline and other offers, and after we secured the flat, was highly responsive to the myriad of questions and requests we had. She responded to emails, picked up the phone to call us on more urgent matters, and efficiently liaised with both our destination services team as well as the property’s landlord.
