Aaron was the agent that showed us the property. He was extremely polite and had obviously prepared very well for the viewing as he was able to answer any questions we had about the house - he gave us plenty of time to view the house without being pushy or overbearing. My experience of house buying and estate agents hasn’t always been positive but Aaron has been a breath of fresh air and I can say that I would be happy to speak to Aaron anytime and would trust his judgement. What can I say…. Ben Ablett, you are a star.  An exceptional unique agent with commendable dedication, perseverance and the will to stop at nothing other than reaching the end goal. Ben’s patience definitely deserves high merits. I have dealt with many estate agents in my time but no one gets even close, when it comes to the quality of service that Ben delivered. Always available to answer calls and pushing through to make sure things got done even on the most busiest days when he had to juggle other work commitments. The difficult process of completion that was almost beginning to loose my hope ended with the positive results all thanks to Ben’s hard work. Ben definitely deserves a promotion after this one. Toby was helpful all the way through the process and felt he was acting in our best interests and kept us informed. I would also like to mention Kayden who did a number of the viewings and was very good with my mum, putting her at ease.

Alistair has been a consummate professional throughout the Post sale process. He has driven the sale forward demonstrating a cosistently impressive knowledge of the different elements of our chain. In fact I feel he was often performing the role of a solicitor in moving the sale forward. Give this man a pay rise.
