The Dexters team, especially David and Riannon, have been brilliant from start to finish. They secured lots of interest and a good offer for our house. But I was most impressed with their tenacity and determination to help us overcome endless obstacles that appeared during the course of the sale. They were extremely patient and supportive with me during a difficult time, and these human characteristics coupled with their professionalism and hard working nature makes them a cut above the rest.

Yesterday I had to go and do a house viewing over in Willesden Lane for a 3 bedroom apartment for my wife and children to move into.A lady called Alice from Dexters helped with the appointment. She was super helpful and enthusiastic even though I turned up slightly late. She even made a video film of the of the rooms because my phone didn't have a signal and was playing up. She quickly made it and sent it to me so I could send it to my wife to look at. Her enthusiasm was really helpful as it is a stressful time looking for a place. I really appreciated her helpfulness and patience.

My experience of using Dexters Services has been excellent. They have maintained a clear communication and follow up all the way through, right to the last steps following acceptance of an offer. I had been allocated to a named member of their team who was always available for any questions or clarifications. I received a good 24 hour notice of anyone coming to view the property and there was always a flexibility around times - I work from home. The manager showed real enthusiasm, goodwill and energy in terms of his interactions and follow up telephone conversations with me throughout. My sense is that this willingness and commitment in the background influenced that of his team and as a whole they lived up to the good quality and value as professionals which they'd offered from the initial meeting.
