My experience with Alex Fraser, the Lettings Manager of Dexters’s, Kingston office and the individual who was my primary point of contact during the process of letting out my recently purchased flat in New Malden, was an entirely positive one and it has proven to be a delight to interact with him. I greatly appreciated Alex’s efficiency throughout the letting's process; the rapidity of his responses to calls and emails was most impressive and helped to facilitate a sense, on my part, of being a priority and a valued client. Such an impression was most welcome, particularly in light of my prior experiences with lettings managers, where this had regrettably not been the case. The expeditiousness of the letting’s process Alex oversaw was remarkable; that is to say, the time taken from the commissioning of Dexters to when the tenant had signed the tenancy agreement was no more than a couple of days, and I was impressed by the speediness of the service provided by Alex. Such swiftness is, in my view, worthy of praise and would be much appreciated by any landlord. I was also struck by his exceedingly polite, attentive and pleasant disposition, predominantly expressed in writing, which made for a most agreeable letting’s process; indeed, it was refreshing to interact with an individual who exuded such an affable temperament. In light of my above, outlined, experiences with Alex, I whole-heartedly recommend him to any landlord seeking an efficient, comprehensive and altogether obliging letting’s service.
