I in fact sold 2 flats both through Dexters in 2017. Both flats were with 4 or 5 different local agents but David and his colleagues surpassed all the other agents. They had more viewings as far as I am aware, more feedback that was communicated with me and more offers. They eventually sold both flats in a fragile market where prices were falling. They never gave up and David particularly kept me informed. I have other properties in the area and they will definitely be my first call when I put them on the market.
