I recently bought a flat though the government Help2Buy scheme, which is a really tough process to get right but Bilal Mattar from Dexters was great in helping me through the process, with really quick response times, excellent local knowledge great support during what was quite a stressful process. I was completely new to the process and he really helped me through, giving unbiased guidance and helping conclude the process as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Buying a flat during a global pandemic is surely one to remember... I had so many issues and delays for various reasons but Louise and Abbey were great through the 9 month buying process. In particular I appreciated them both dealing with some issues with the developer and going beyond their remit to accommodate my requests. I probably wouldn't have completed otherwise. They were also extremely helpful towards the end pushing the developer's solicitors and making sure everything was finalised on time for completion.

My overall experience with Dexters has been very pleasant. From my first meeting with Joel viewing the show apartment and marketing suite, through my second viewing and finally reserving my ideal apartment at BRX.
