Nick O'Neill provided a wonderful service during the rental process, who was much more involved than what we are used to in the US. He answered all of our questions, anticipated our concerns and addressed them before we could even worry. We could not be happier. This is honestly the best customer service we have received since arriving in London and that includes opening bank accounts, cable service, temporary stay management, etc. Nick was very thorough in explaining the process and especially in alerting us well ahead of time the documents and funds we would need to have at key points in the process. I was also happy with the Canary Wharf office as the folks there assisted with conveying our documents to Nick when we couldn't make it over to the Tower Bridge office (I work in Canary Wharf). I wish all businesses could operate this seamlessly among their branches.

James the manager at the Tower Bridge office, Zhane and Nick of the same office was all very helpful. They worked endlessly to get my flat let, especially due to the fact that I have a construction site just off to the back of the property. I now have tenants for the next two years and have the piece of mind that if there are any problems with the tenants or flat, it will be dealt with in a very professional manner. Thanks guys!
