Simon in particular was excellent and got the flat let before it was even finished by the builders. Tenants are top quality and the entire office (especially Marcel) have always been very helpful even when I was just popping in for advice prior to instructing them. In the time they got it let, the other two agents whom i also instructed were a nightmare. One lost the keys and the other never called me even once with feedback. I can confidently recommend Simon, Marcel and their team as a cut above the rest.
