Everyone in the team I have dealt with have been absolutely lovely and helpful. Mark has been a true ray of sunshine, from the beginning he knew how to reassure me that I was in good hands. And for last two months, he has been an amazing agent throughout the whole process, a perfect blend at being incredibly strong, flexible, helpful, understanding, intuitive, wise, caring, personable and utterly professional. We had a very stress free and positive experience from the beginning to completion. Mark gave us very good advice on how to price the house and when to show it. He predicted that if we priced it right we would get lots of interest which we did and we ended up with 7 bids and sold well over the asking price. Mark and the other agents were thoughtful about when to show the house and flexible as well which made it easier for our son doing A levels and myself (working full time). We didn't feel they were intrusive at all and respected our wishes. They were quick to answer any questions or concerns we had.
