Eva has been great from when I first spoke to her on the phone: she arrived early for the viewing, was more than happy to answer all my questions at the property, and was super fair and upfront about the financial side - she was very open about trying to reach an agreement that works equally well for both sides, which I really appreciated. She updates me without me having to ask, and is really enthusiastic and friendly in her role - which makes seeing properties a much nicer experience than it can often be! Antony is by far the most professional, yet friendly and considerate estate agent I have ever come across. He communcates cleary, transparently, honestly and with consideartion and care, not to mention his prompt responses. I was mostly impressed by a cross-culture case where the vendors/buyers came from completely different cultural backgrounds (I was helping a Chinese friend on the buy side) and the deal was at risk of falling through last minute due to miscommunications between solicitors as well as messages lost in translation. He managed to rescue and revive the situation as well as the relationship between the vendor & buyer and the deal went ahead, which was nothing short of a miracle under the difficult circumstance. I would highly recommend Antony and Dexters to anyone.

We are in the process of renting a flat from Dexters. Gareth has been great organising our move and helping us clearly understand the logistics of it. We are a couple renting our first home together - Gareth makes us feel comfortable in what we’re doing, not hiding anything and talking us through all the processes fully. He’s always contactable - whenever we’ve had a query we have been able to easily get hold of him and feel as though we are prioritised and he cares about our experience.
