We rented a flat in Berrylands through Dexters and we're very happy with the way our application was handled. It was not easy for us to handle a rental procedure from abroad but the Dexters staff made all the rough and exhausting procedure smoother and handled our account efficiently. We've definitely received a personalized service and are happy to recommend them.

Dexters were a great help as first time buyers. They started by recommending us some very suitable properties before speedily arranging our first viewing. Gareth helped us through the bidding process as we inched our way towards a deal. From then on Nina was a great help moving things along towards exchange, rallying solicitors on both sides when required. All communications were clear and it was never too much trouble to email or take a call to explain anything we didn't quite understand. We can't wait to complete next week and move in to our first home. Thanks for all the help!
