Dexters have been first class. In particular the Surbiton office, who have been extremely attentive and pro-active.

You get what you pay for. After a lack of success with another agent, I then instructed Dexters. Dexters found a tenant within a couple of hours. I subsequently found out these tenants had contacted the previous estate agents to view my property but not received a callback! I would recommend Dexters over alternatives.

Adam provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. His communication was clear, friendly and it seemed like nothing was ever too much trouble. We had a fairly complex contractual stage due to the current tenant moving the goal posts, but Adam did everything he could to make sure it went as smooth as possible.
