Ed and Nina were both excellent from start to finish. I was regularly kept up to date by telephone and e-mail and they worked hard to achieve the quick exchange that was needed. When the chain broke down on exchange day, they stepped in quickly and efficiently to ensure the sale. I used to believe Dexters was one of those faceless, robotic companies and wasn't looking forward to working with them, but the service has been personal and helpful, keeping my best interests in mind, which is rare, particularly as a buyer.
