Kensal Rise Property Guide
About Kensal Rise
Kensal Rise has been one of West London's most evolving areas on the borders of Ladbroke Grove. There are trendy bars and restaurants all along Chamberlayne Road, some excellent local schools and convenient transport links providing easy access into central London. Kensal Rise is also well known for its family homes with large gardens.Families are increasingly moving from more expensive areas such as Notting Hill and Queen's Park, finding a good selection of Victorian and Edwardian conversions and 1930s family houses here. Saying that, new build developments have diversified the housing stock in recent years, bringing professional buyers and investors to the area in large numbers.
