Who are the typical clients in prime central London?

Percy: We work with high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, and all of our clients and customers can expect to receive a tailored and discreet service to meet their requirements.

Leorenta: People from all over the world want to live here. We work closely with our Corporate Services team who are seeing unprecedented demand and are receiving over 200 enquiries each week from embassies and major corporations looking to relocate their staff across London.

Why do clients choose to work with Dexters?

Percy: We have a stronghold in prime central London with offices perfectly placed to assist clients with their high-end property needs. Locations include Mayfair, Chelsea, Westminster, South Kensington and Notting Hill. Clients choose to work with us because we are local experts. They are impressed by the high number of viewings and strong interest we generate. Only 3 out of every 20 viewings arranged come from online portals, the rest are generated by being proactive and picking up the phone. This success is down to our experienced and hardworking team who arrange up to 50,000 viewing appointments every month.

Leorenta: We take pride in the service we give to our clients and customers. Word of mouth is our most important form of advertising and we come highly recommended with over 60,000 Google reviews with an average rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars. Our colleagues always go the extra mile to deliver a first-class experience.

Tell us about the partnershipwith Wetherell…

Leorenta: Dexters have an exclusive partnership with Mayfair’s leading Estate Agent, Wetherell. For over 40 years Peter Wetherell has established close working relationships with the world’s most influential business people, dignitaries and royalty. We are very proud of our two major office locations on Mount Street and Grosvenor Street. Our services include sales, lettings, prime property management as well as design and refurbishment. Our clients can be confident that we promote their properties to the fullest, offering maximum exposure on a global scale.

How do you market your high end properties?

Percy: We showcase property to millions of people worldwide so it’s important that we work closely with the world’s press to advertise our client’s properties. We do this through our invaluable in-house press team who are in daily contact with journalists and editors handling the high demand from newspapers and magazines wanting to feature only the best London property. For example, Wetherell recently sold a six-storey Mayfair mansion to an overseas buyer who wanted a London base for their family and was successfully featured in a number of local and international publications. Our media resources further extend to weekly features in the Financial Times as well as the London Evening Standard, in addition to the premium bespoke marketing material carefully curated for each property.

What is your favourite area in prime central London and why?

Percy: It has to be Chelsea. I was fortunate enough to grow up there so I feel I owe it to the area and its residents to do the best job possible. I love the hustle and bustle of the King’s Road and enjoy the high-end boutiques and exclusive restaurants. My favourite time of year is when the Chelsea Flower Show is on,the whole town is full of bright and bold displays.

Leorenta: Fitzrovia. The range of architecture is impressive. It’s a diverse residential area where traditional 18th and 19th Century buildings sit side by side with sleek multi-million pound new developments. The neighbourhood is situated close to all the shops, bars and restaurants of Marylebone, Mayfair, Covent Garden and Soho making it an ideal destination with something for everyone.
